Detailed itinerary of 6 days Maasai Mara and Rift Valley Lake Nakuru, Naivasha and Bogoria safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Bogoria

Your safari driver will pick you up from your lodge after breakfast, and following a briefing about the day’s activities, you will drive northwest to Lake Bogoria. Along the way, you will pass through the picturesque Great Rift Valley floor, where you will be rewarded with scenic views of the escarpments and the grand landscape dotted with lakes.

After checking into your resort, you’ll have time for lunch before driving to Lake Bogoria, a soda lake noted for being the habitat of millions of flamingos along its borders. You will be astounded by the sights of the flamingoes giving the lake a pink tinge and offering fantastic photo possibilities. These flamingoes are drawn to the lake because of the high salt and mineral content in the waters.

You will return to your lodge after the experience, have dinner, and spend the night there.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Nakuru

Wake up, have breakfast, check out, and then go to Lake Nakuru, an alkaline soda Lake likewise located on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, which is located in Lake Nakuru national park.
